In 2006 we, Kellie and Sarah met via a mutual friend following a Christian camp in Canada, little did we know that this meeting would be the beginning of an extraordinary journey. Sarah, being from Wales, travelled with Kellie whom she had just met, to her home in Detroit, not knowing what God had in store.

Fast forward to 2015 where Sarah married Kellie’s brother-in-law, instantly making us sisters-in-law. It was during this time that we discovered a shared vision and a deep passion – to create homes filled with the wisdom and comfort of biblical scripture for our children.

Our vision is clear: we want to make this practice of having scripture at the heart of our homes not only a tradition, but a way of life. We believe that in a world filled with distractions, it was essential to instill faith and family values in our children.

With this purpose in mind, we are embarking on a mission to build a family-focused business that reflects our unwavering faith. Our goal is not just to sell products, but to create a space where families can come together, grow in faith and find inspiration.

Today our business stands as a testament that through God’s grace and guidance we are curating a range of products and resources that embody our commitment to faith, family and the future. "Anchored Hope" is a faith-based business that specialises in selling a wide range of apparel and home ware designed to spread the true message of the Bible. 

Our mission is to provide customers with high-quality, inspirational products that allow them to share their faith, the message of truth, hope and love found in the Bible, whilst memorising key passages of scripture.

Our product offerings include a variety of clothing items such as t-shirts, jumpers (soon God willing!), and accessories, all featuring meaningful Bible verses and uplifting imagery. Additionally, God willing soon, we will be adding a selection of home ware products. 

At Anchored Hope, we are committed to promoting truth, faith, and unity through our products. Our team of designers and creators are dedicated to crafting items that inspire, comfort, and serve as reminders of the enduring hope that the Bible imparts.

STORE POLICIES

We have a 30-day
return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kellie.sarah@anchoredhopecompany.com. If your return is accepted,
we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and
where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.

Damages and
issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
/ non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,
flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized
items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not
accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer
flat rate shipping for all orders at £4.99 per order in the UK.

International shipping is available
